Softball Recap: Lutheran Lions vs. Lewis-Palmer Rangers
While Lutheran's win against Lewis-Palmer wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lions won by a run and slipped past the Rangers 8-7. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Rangers: they've now won seven in a row.
Ella Faries made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
