Baseball Preview: Edna Cowboys vs. Rice Consolidated Raiders
Edna is 8-2 against Rice Consolidated since March of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. Meanwhile, Rice Consolidated was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell just short of Palacios by a score of 4-2.
Edna's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-17-1. As for Rice Consolidated, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12-1.
Everything went Edna's way against Rice Consolidated in their previous matchup back in March as Edna made off with a 13-3 victory.
