The Holy Trinity Catholic Celtics will head out on the road to square off against the San Juan Diego Catholic Saints at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The pair have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Holy Trinity Catholic and eight for San Juan Diego Catholic.
On Thursday, Holy Trinity Catholic suffered a rough 4-1 loss at the hands of Veritas Academy. That's two games in a row now that Holy Trinity Catholic has lost by exactly three goals.

Meanwhile, San Juan Diego Catholic fell victim to Holy Trinity Catholic's stalwart defense back in January and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Celtics. While getting shut out isn't ideal, San Juan Diego Catholic has not been shut out since back in December of 2023.
Holy Trinity Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for San Juan Diego Catholic, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
Holy Trinity Catholic was able to grind out a solid win over San Juan Diego Catholic in their previous matchup back in January, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Holy Trinity Catholic since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
