Soccer Recap: Western Gets the Win

Western's game on Wednesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They had just enough and edged out the La Quinta Aztecs 2-1.

The win got Western back to even at 3-3. As for La Quinta, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2-2.

Looking ahead, Western will square off against Orange at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be Western's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for La Quinta, they will take on Santa Ana Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Santa Ana Valley will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something La Quinta surely won't give up without a fight.
