Basketball Recap: Rivendell Academy Takes a Loss

Rivendell Academy and Danville squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Rivendell Academy had to settle for second. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 102-38 to the Danville Bears, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Rivendell Academy just can't catch a break and has now endured 22 losses in a row.

Rivendell Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-26. As for Danville, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season.

Rivendell Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Danville, they have already played their next contest, a 71-31 victory against Long Trail on the 28th.
