Volleyball Game Preview: Timberline Blazers vs. Mount Tahoma T-Birds

The Timberline Blazers will venture away from home to take on the Mount Tahoma T-Birds at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Mount Tahoma took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Timberline, who comes in off a win.

Silas came into Monday's matchup looking for another win against Timberline, but Jovie Lind wouldn't allow it. The Blazers blew past the Rams 3-0 on Monday for which the team can thank Lind, who had 17 digs and five aces. She has been hot, having posted two or more aces the last five times she's played.

Timberline walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-12, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Mount Tahoma lost 3-0 to Peninsula on Monday.

The victory made it two in a row for Timberline and bumps their season record up to 10-3. As for Mount Tahoma, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Everything went Timberline's way against Mount Tahoma in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Timberline made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blazers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
