Central had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 21-12 win over the Montgomery Catholic Knights on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Red Devils, who have now won 20 matches in a row dating back to last season.

Central didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kennedi Ellis and Lauren Carrero.
