Frontenac waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Heritage Christian Academy Chargers. This was payback for the Raiders, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Frontenac never let Heritage Christian Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-21.

Reece Franklin paced Frontenac's offense, picking up five kills. Franklin got some help from Ellie Bloom and her 15 assists.

Frontenac's win bumped their record up to 23-14-1. As for Heritage Christian Academy, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 13-19-1.

Frontenac didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Prairie View on the 20th. As for Heritage Christian Academy, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Girard on the 20th.
