Volleyball Recap: Carman-Ainsworth Takes a Loss

Carman-Ainsworth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the New Lothrop Hornets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cavaliers of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Carman-Ainsworth's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for New Lothrop, with the win, they broke their five-match losing streak and moved their record to 4-15-3.

Carman-Ainsworth has already played their next contest (against Perry), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for New Lothrop, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Clio on the 11th.
