Aubrey's game on Tuesday was all tied up 32-32 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Gainesville Leopards, sneaking past 63-60. The win continues a trend for the Chaparrals in their matchups with the Leopards: they've now won four in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Gainesville lost, don't look at Max Neelley. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 29 points and 11 rebounds. Neelley has become a key player for Gainesville: the team is 8-1 when he posts at least ten boards, but 10-17 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Bugg Kemp, who went 7-for-14 on his way to 14 points and eight assists.

Aubrey's record now sits at 21-10. As for Gainesville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 18-18 record this season.
