Volleyball Recap: Walla Walla Takes a Loss

Walla Walla lost against Southridge back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Blue Devils fell just short of the Suns by a score of 3-2. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Walla Walla took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 25-21, 23-25, 16-25, 25-12, 15-7.

Walla Walla has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season. As for Southridge, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-7.

As of now, neither Walla Walla nor the Suns have any future games scheduled.
