Soccer Recap: Providence Day Takes a Loss

If Providence Day was riding high fresh off their 4-1 takedown of Covenant Day last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Chargers lost 5-1 to the Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers on Tuesday. Providence Day were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Ethan He, who's now up to ten this season.

Providence Day now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Charlotte Country Day School, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

Coincidentally, Providence Day and Charlotte Country Day School will both be playing Charlotte Christian the next time they take the pitch. The Buccaneers will head out to face the Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Chargers will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
