Football Recap: Pine Prairie Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Pine Prairie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the North Central Hurricanes 46-0. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hurricanes apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Pine Prairie's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for North Central, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Pine Prairie and North Central will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Panthers will challenge rival Iota at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, North Central is set to square off against their familiar foe St. Edmund at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
