Baseball Recap: Wednesday's Win Is BCLUW's Fourth in Last Five Outings

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against East Marshall, BCLUW was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with an 8-5 win over Baxter. This was a revenge game for the Comets: when they faced off against Baxter back in May, they had to take a 8-7 defeat.

BCLUW has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.2 runs over those games. As for Baxter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-6.

BCLUW has already played their next match (against GMG), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Baxter also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Lynnville-Sully.
