Robichaud won the last time they faced Redford Union and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Bulldogs won by a run and slipped past the Panthers 13-12. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Amarie Doze was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

In other batting news, Ehren Johnson was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. Kevin Verduzco also deserves some recognition as he scored his first runs of the season.

Robichaud always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .567. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

The victory got Robichaud back to even at 2-2. As for Redford Union, their defeat was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Coming up, Robichaud will head out on the road to square off against Garden City at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Redford Union, they will host Renaissance at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
