Baseball Recap: San Jacinto Leadership Academy Snags Fourth Victory in Last Five Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Temecula Prep, San Jacinto Leadership Academy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They never let the Hamilton Bobcats get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-6 two weeks ago.

Not much got past Joseph Wielinkski, who gave up just five hits and racked up seven Ks to keep Hamilton off the board.

San Jacinto Leadership Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Hamilton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-15.

San Jacinto Leadership Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hamilton, they will head out to take on Nuview Bridge at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bobcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Knights have averaged an impressive 7.8 runs per game this season.
