Soccer Recap: Dover Comes Up Short

Dover was the 1-0 winner over New Oxford when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell just short of the Colonials by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that Dover have lost by just one goal.

Dover has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season. As for New Oxford, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-1 record this season.
