Lutheran South came into this matchup off a tough 11-run loss last Wednesday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Vianney Golden Griffins by a score of 6-4 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Lancers have suffered against the Golden Griffins since May 2, 2015.
