Softball Recap: Locust Grove Wildcats vs. McDonough Warhawks

Everything went their way against the McDonough Warhawks on Tuesday as the Locust Grove Wildcats made off with a 19-3 win. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by eight runs or more this season.
Locust Grove pushed their record up to 7-6 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. As for McDonough, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Locust Grove will face off against Spalding at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games Spalding has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for McDonough, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Jones County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
