Basketball Recap: Walhalla Wins Going Away Against GREEN Upstate

Walhalla picked up another tournament win on Monday. They took down the GREEN Upstate Owls 64-49. The game marked the Razorbacks' most dominant victory of the season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Walhalla to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jacob Wise, who went 7 of 13 on his way to 22 points. The dominant performance gave Wise a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Darian Simpkins, who posted ten points and six steals.

Walhalla's win bumped their record up to 4-11. As for GREEN Upstate, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

Walhalla didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 68-65 victory against Chapman on the 3rd. As for GREEN Upstate, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 35-33 defeat against Dixie on the 3rd.
