Murrieta Valley was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Laguna Beach on Thursday. The Nighthawks simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Breakers 86-41. The Nighthawks not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since December 10, 2024 (when they won 80-27).

Murrieta Valley now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Laguna Beach, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
