Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Vasquez). They put the hurt on the St. Monica Academy Crusaders with a sharp 10-2 win on Tuesday. Considering the Mustangs have won three games by more than three goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Vasquez and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vasquez will take on Academy of Careers & Exploration in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Monica Academy and Valley Torah will compete for holiday cheer at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. St. Monica Academy is facing Valley Torah at the right time seeing as Valley Torah is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
