West Field fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Timpanogos on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Timberwolves by a score of 13-12. The Longhorns' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Conner Miles and Kanyon Pratt stepped up to the plate in a big way. Miles went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, two doubles, and one RBI, while Pratt went 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI. Luke Penland was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one double.

West Field's defeat dropped their record down to 15-10. As for Timpanogos, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.

As of now, neither West Field nor Timpanogos have any future games scheduled.
