Southern Lehigh put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 49-6 win over the Tamaqua Blue Raiders. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by 20 points or more this season.

Southern Lehigh's record now sits at 7-0. As for Tamaqua, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southern Lehigh will welcome Bangor at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Spartans will be up against the Slaters' rather soft defense (which has allowed 40.71 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Tamaqua, they will be playing at home against Lehighton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
