Recap: Brady Bulldogs vs. Comfort Bobcats/Deer
The Brady Bulldogs's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They strolled past Comfort with points to spare, taking the game 40-24. That's another feather in the cap for Brady, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Leading Brady to victory were Amerie Stidham and Lola Whisenhunt. Stidham scored ten points along with six steals, while Whisenhunt scored 11 points along with six steals. Whisenhunt continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Kaydence Tully, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Brady's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-16. As for Comfort, they bumped their record down to 1-12 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
Brady will take on Ingram Moore at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Ingram Moore comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Comfort, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Llano at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
