Basketball Recap: Mount Notre Dame Makes It Ten in a Row on the Road

Mount Notre Dame entered their tilt with Seton on Tuesday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Seton Saints by a score of 48-37. Given Mount Notre Dame's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 13th, while Seton is ranked 139th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Seton lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Aubri Korfhagen, who posted nine points. Breylee Schmutte was another key player, putting up five points.

Mount Notre Dame's win was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-2. As for Seton, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-6.
