West Covina fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Monrovia on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 14-13. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 5-1 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in March of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.
