If American Falls was feeling good fresh off their 64-38 takedown of Grace last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The American Falls Beavers fell just short of the Marsh Valley Eagles by a score of 42-40 on Thursday. The Beavers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

American Falls' loss dropped their record down to 12-4. As for Marsh Valley, their win bumped their record up to 6-8.

American Falls will venture away from home to square off against Bear Lake at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. American Falls is facing Bear Lake at the right time seeing as Bear Lake is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Marsh Valley, they will face off against Snake River at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Snake River knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Marsh Valley likes a good challenge.
