Volleyball Recap: St. Anthony Falls Short of Westlake in the Playoffs

St. Anthony and Westlake squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but St. Anthony had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Warriors.

St. Anthony has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 19-10 record this season. As for Westlake, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.

St. Anthony does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Westlake, they will challenge Crescenta Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Falcons will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
