Volleyball Recap: Ensworth Takes a Loss

If Ensworth was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Grace Christian Academy on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers came up short against the Clarksville Wildcats on Thursday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost three in a row.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-17, 25-14.

Ensworth's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Clarksville, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Ensworth will face off against Battle Ground Academy at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th. As for Clarksville, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Montgomery County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
