Basketball Recap: Greely Comes Up Short

Greely was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 69-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gray-New Gloucester Patriots. The Rangers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Patriots earlier this season, when they won 50-37.

Greely's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Gray-New Gloucester, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-11 record this season.

Greely has already played their next match (against Yarmouth), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Gray-New Gloucester wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 65-62 win against Brunswick on the 4th.
