Basketball Recap: Sandburg Takes a Loss

Sandburg lost against Lockport back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Sandburg Eagles fell 40-27 to the Lockport Porters. The match marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Sandburg's defeat dropped their record down to 23-8. As for Lockport, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 26-4 record this season.

Coming up, Sandburg will face off against Rich Township at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th. Lockport does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
