Softball Recap: University School Takes a Loss

University School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the North Greene Huskies, falling 11-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-5 two weeks ago.

University School's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for North Greene, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Coming up, University School will take on Unaka at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Buccaneers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rangers have averaged an impressive 6.6 runs per game this season. As for North Greene, they will square off against Cloudland at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
