Softball Recap: Hamilton Takes a Loss

After flying high against Williams two weeks ago, Hamilton came back down to earth. The Braves came up short against the Biggs Wolverines on Tuesday, falling 8-0. The loss continues a trend for the Braves in their meetings with the Wolverines: they've now lost three in a row.

Hamilton saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordyn Rodgers, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Hamilton's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Biggs, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-3-1 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Biggs beat Hamilton by a score of 4-3 on Friday.
