Harlem is a perfect 10-0 against Jefferson since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Huskies will challenge the J-Hawks at 5:00 p.m. Harlem's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so Jefferson's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Things were looking good for Harlem after they put the first run on the board on Monday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell 6-3 to Rockford Auburn. Huskies fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Knights since on Monday.

Adriah Sholl was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Jefferson ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Boylan Catholic. The J-Hawks haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Harlem's loss dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Jefferson, their victory bumped their record up to 5-10.

Harlem took their win against Jefferson in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 10-0 score. Will the Huskies repeat their success, or do the J-Hawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
