Soccer Recap: Mankato West Takes a Loss

Mankato West was the 3-0 winner over Winona when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Scarlets came up short against the Winhawks on Thursday, falling 5-0.

Mankato West has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season. As for Winona, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Coming up, Mankato West will take on St. Peter at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Winona, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Austin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
