Kayla Whitner, Woodward Academy's leading scorer, solidified her role on Saturday. Whitner made a splash, going 7-for-17 to rack up 22 points and five rebounds. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Tri-Cities back in December of 2023, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Whitner's afternoon made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least 18 points.
