Volleyball Recap: Clarkston Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Clarkston lost against Pullman back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bantams fell just short of the Greyhounds by a score of 3-2. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Clarkston sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 22-25, 25-16, 14-25, 15-7.

Clarkston's loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 8-9. As for Pullman, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Clarkston is set to challenge their familiar foe East Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pullman will face off against rival Deer Park at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
