Softball Recap: Suncoast Chargers vs. Seminole Ridge Hawks
Suncoast extended their losing streak to four on Monday, dropping them down to 1-4. They came up short against the Seminole Ridge Hawks, falling 10-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Chargers were not able to get on the board.
As for Seminole Ridge, the victory got them back to even at 3-3. That's two games straight that they have won by exactly ten runs.
For Seminole Ridge's part, Zarah Lee tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Those 11 strikeouts gave Lee a new career-high.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Suncoast will take on Pine Crest at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Seminole Ridge, they will face off against Dr. Joaquin Garcia at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
