Recap: Frontier STEM vs. Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy Rams
Frontier STEM's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They fell just short of Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy by a score of 53-51. Frontier STEM lost against Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy in their previous head to head back in February, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 58-56 score last time.
Riley Ellis had an outrageously good game for Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy as he scored 37 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Ellis has scored at least 25% of Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Naftali Tilove, who scored 8 points.
Frontier STEM's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy, their win bumped their record up to 1-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Frontier STEM will take on Ozanam at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy, they will be playing at home against Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
