Softball Recap: Cayuga Takes a Loss

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Cayuga and Frankston had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Wildcats lost 12-2 to the Indians on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-2 on Monday.

Cayuga's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Frankston, they pushed their record up to 25-3-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Cayuga will face off against Kerens at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Frankston, they will square off against Brownsboro at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
