Basketball Recap: Tuloso-Midway's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Tuloso-Midway had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They walked away with a 70-63 win over the King Brahmas. This was a revenge game for the Warriors & Cherokees: when they faced off against the Brahmas back in January, they had to take a 63-55 loss.

Tuloso-Midway is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 14-17 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for King, they moved to 14-10 with that defeat, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Tuloso-Midway will head out on the road to take on Zapata at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for King, they will be playing at home against Robstown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
