After both having extra time off, the two teams will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 11:30 a.m. on Friday. Monte Alto took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Monday. Everything went their way against IDEA College Prep as Monte Alto made off with a 72-47 victory. The Blue Devil have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led IDEA Quest College Prep over Vanguard Academy Mozart in every quarter on their way to victory last Monday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that IDEA Quest College Prep blew Vanguard Academy Mozart out of the water with a 63-30 final score. The win was familiar territory for the Trailblazers who have now won three contests in a row.

IDEA Quest College Prep pushed their record up to 9-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Monte Alto, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

Monte Alto was dealt a bruising 53-22 defeat at the hands of IDEA Quest College Prep in their previous matchup back in November of 2023. Can Monte Alto avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
