Melbourne strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Valley Springs Tigers 7-1. Considering the Bearkatz have won 11 matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Melbourne pushed their record up to 12-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Valley Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-5.
