Volleyball Recap: Clinton Prairie Takes a Loss

Clinton Prairie lost against Benton Central back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Gophers came up short against the Bison, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-4, 25-12.

Clinton Prairie's offense was headlined by Emmy Kaser and Kyndall Friedrich, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Alexis Perez and her nine assists. Kaser was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Clinton Prairie's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Benton Central, the win also got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Clinton Prairie will venture away from home to face off against Faith Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Benton Central, they will welcome Lafayette Central Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
