Softball Recap: Thomas A. Edison Beats Simon Gratz for Their Third Straight Win

Thomas A. Edison had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Simon Gratz Bulldogs as they made off with a 17-4 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Owls, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Marisol Valencia was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March. Anaiyha Almodovar was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs and three RBI.
