Basketball Recap: 18 Straight Home Wins for Strasburg-Franklin

Strasburg-Franklin waltzed into their match on Saturday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bishop Rosecrans Bishops 66-17. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 83rd, while the Bishops are ranked 708th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.8 points over those games. As for Bishop Rosecrans, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 15 contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season.
