After flying high against Indian Creek last Thursday, Parkview Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Falcons fell 6-1 to the Marquette Crusaders on Saturday. The Falcons' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Parkview Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3-1. As for Marquette, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Parkview Christian Academy will head out to face off against Crossroads Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Marquette, they will challenge Roanoke-Benson/Lowpoint-Washburn at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Crusaders 1.1, the Rockets 3.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.
