Baseball Recap: North Rose-Wolcott Comes Up Short

North Rose-Wolcott lost against Sodus back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cougars lost 8-2 to the Spartans.

North Rose-Wolcott saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Stephen Robinson, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI. Tommy Mills also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

North Rose-Wolcott's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Sodus, the win keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Coincidentally, North Rose-Wolcott and Sodus will both be playing Marion the next time they take the field. The Cougars will host the Black Knights at 4:45 p.m. on Friday, while the Spartans will host them at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
