Baseball Recap: Jordan-Matthews Takes a Loss

Jordan-Matthews was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Northwood Chargers, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chargers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

Jordan-Matthews' loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Northwood, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-4.

Jordan-Matthews wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 13-0 defeat against North Moore on the 18th. As for Northwood, they have also already played their next match, a 13-4 win against Bartlett Yancey on the 18th.
